Originally from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, I transitioned to Westchester County in the late 1980s, where I have proudly called Ardsley home for the past 27 years. My husband, a Yonkers native and the son of a home construction builder, and I have raised our two children here, embracing the vibrant suburban lifestyle.

Before embarking on my real estate career, I enjoyed a successful tenure in Human Resources within the Life Sciences industry. My initial exposure to real estate came through corporate relocation, where I guided employees through the complexities of buying, renting, and temporary housing, ensuring a seamless transition every step of the way. Additionally, my experience in managing multi-family real estate properties provided invaluable expertise in negotiations, contract and lease management, tenant relations, and marketing strategies.

Real estate has always been a passion in our family. My husband and I have enjoyed renovating and updating properties, giving me hands-on experience with financial institutions, attorneys, agents, and contractors. I have a keen eye for interior design and home staging, recognizing that in today's competitive market, strategic presentation is essential for maximizing a property's appeal.

My background in human resources, residential property management, and home renovation made my transition into real estate a natural progression. Beyond real estate and home interior design, I have a deep love for cooking and cherish quality time with family and friends—always capturing memories through plenty of photos. I am also passionate about travel, music, and a great book.

Luba holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Mercy College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.
